Cross Country Training Camp

Our cross country training camp this year is hosted by coach Robyn and coach Kye of Sea to Sky Athletics. It is a camp for the young endurance athlete (12-16y old) who wants to train and prepare for the upcoming cross country season or build fitness for their upcoming sport season. Athletes will focus on running technique for uphill, downhill, technical and flat terrain. They will work on strength and conditioning, learn about nutrition for sports, recovery exercises and work on team building. All athletes are welcome! You do not have to be a part of Sea to Sky Athletics to join our training camp. Sport drinks and snacks will be provided. Athletes will engage in a range of activities related to cross country and sport health. They will not be running the entire time however should be prepared to work hard.
