Youth Running Group
Our Youth Running Group trains three days per week over the course of the year: fall, spring, summer.
Youth running group for competitive young athletes who are looking to compete in track season, run a trail race, or to have fun training with others!
Training is centred around the athlete’s goals but aims to keep training fun!
