Adult Training Team

Our adult only training team offers three 12 week training sessions over the course of the year: fall, spring, summer.

We offer one morning session/week and one evening session/week with options to participate 2x/week, 1x/week or as a drop-in. Each session has been specifically structured by qualified coaches to help you reach your goals.

All runners are welcome - we just ask that you have been running recently / can handle running 5-10km continuously - so that your body can handle speed work.

Join us for the fun, the motivation, the try hard moments, the laughter, the sore legs and all the benefits that come from a consistent running program!
